1205mm approx at its widest point and approx 1930 when in sleeping position - (for custom orders, can be built to your size).

If you are upgrading your campervan bed system what would you choose.

A) we need seatbelts therefore it’s M1 approved all the way
B) do not need to transport people in the back something like this would work just fine

A client asked us to make them a bed system they could move around to multiple vehicles - this isn’t designed to be travelled on but has great storage facilities and can be customised to have a drawer system in the rear, pull out cooker or washing up bowl or clothes storage. This one is shown in a Renault trafic but could be built to your specific requirements

Every conversion starts the same way. Strip it back, insulate every panel, run the wiring where it needs to go before anything gets covered up. It’s the part nobody sees in the finished photos, but it’s the part that decides whether a van holds its heat on a January morning five years from now.

Then the carpet lining and flooring goes in. Then the units build and template happens. By the time the doors close on a finished camper, there’s a lot of work sitting behind that white gloss you can’t see.

This VW T6 went from shell to this. Start to finish, no shortcuts.

Handed this one over to the client and next day it’s parked up on a clifftop with the awning out.

Originally contracted to do the strip out and carpet and insulate however the client came back for the next two stages of the build. Clean white units, oak worktop, everything routed and fitted flush.

Best part of this job isn’t the build. It’s seeing it a day later, doing exactly what it was built for.
