Two calls this afternoon. Around 1.20 the Land Rover was mobilised to a farm near Ebbesbourne Wake. On arrival a tractor and plough had been destroyed by fire. We put out the remaining pockets of fire.
Shortly after returning the main appliance was sent to alarms sounding in The Kingfishers. Thankfully this was a false alarm .

Trolley breakdowns are increasing already. Many are coming out of hibernation. Please don’t be tempted to pressure wash them. They don’t like it. A bucket and sponge is fine and use the water sparingly. Happy golfing.

With the colder weather here make sure you keep your battery out of the cold frosty areas whilst charging. If you charge your battery on the garage floor put it on a piece of wood or cardboard. Extremes of temperature can reduce the life of the battery.

Keep your trolley in tip top condition.
Clean your trolley regularly, remove the wheels and wash off excess mud and grass, keep the front wheel clear of mud build up.
Use a bucket of soapy water and a sponge, don't be tempted to use a hose or pressure washer as this could affect the electronic components. After washing or playing in the rain put your trolley in a garage or shed in the assembled position to allow to dry off.
