Update for Local Residents & Dog Walkers

We are pleased to continue welcoming local residents and dog walkers to enjoy the track as a gesture of goodwill, and we appreciate everyone’s help in looking after the racecourse.

To help protect the track and encourage healthy grass growth throughout the winter months, we will be reinforcing our crow-scaring measures. From this week, crow scarers will sound every Monday and Thursday, on the hour, between 8am and 4pm.

We understand that the noise may be unsettling for some dogs, so please bear this in mind when planning your walks. As always, we kindly ask that all dogs are kept on a lead to ensure everyone can enjoy the area safely and responsibly.

Signage will also be displayed around the course to make visitors aware of this.

Thank you for your understanding, cooperation and continued consideration in helping us maintain the racecourse while allowing others to enjoy it.
