A couple of days working away for customers around Berkshire and West Sussex.

In Berkshire servicing was carried out on 4 machines, alongside a few minor repairs.

Today is West Sussex a new high pressure fuel pump was fitted onto this Perkins powered Manitou.
The pump had a leak that would of meant it being removed and stripped down.
To reduce downtime the customer opted for service exchange on a new unit.
Engine was timed to TDC on number 1…then out with the old and in with the new.
A new seat was supplied and fitted, followed by a general check over of the machine.
