We’d love to see as many **ThinkBikeGear customers, friends, fellow racers and bikers** as possible there to give Paul #158 the send-off he deserves.

You don’t have to have known Paul personally. You don’t have to be part of a club. **If you’re on two wheels and want to show your support, please come and ride with us.**

Paul was a fantastic rider and a fierce competitor. I was lucky enough to battle with Paul for a championship, but what really stood out was the person he was away from racing.

**He was one of the nicest, calmest and most genuine guys you could meet. He was always willing to help anyone, with no arrogance or attitude despite just how good a rider he was. He was simply a really nice bloke who was always happy to help and have a chat.**

That’s what makes losing Paul so hard for all of us. We haven’t just lost a brilliant rider — **the whole racing and biking community has lost a genuinely good person.** ❤️

So we’re asking our **ThinkBikeGear family** to come together and show what the biking community is all about.

**Bring your bike, bring your respect, and ride with us for Paul.** 🏍️

🏍️ What a weekend at ABR Festival! 🏍️

Think Bike Gear teamed up with McAMS and CAMS for an unforgettable weekend at ABR Festival, and what a lineup we had! 🤩

⭐ Olympic Champion Ed Clancy OBE

⭐ BSB superstar Brad Ray

⭐ Even Richard Hammond stopped by!

If you've never been to ABR Festival, let me tell you—it's the biggest bike event of the year. From off-road trails and demo rides to incredible food & drink, every bike-related stall you could imagine, and live music ranging from rave and heavy rock to... Elvis! 🤣 There really is something for everyone.

Over the weekend, we helped 300+ riders learn new skills they can take onto the road and put into practice. That's what it's all about. 🙌

We also ran our simulator leaderboard, with the prize being a set of FEE Hospitality tickets. The competition was so close that one winner wasn't enough, so we ended up creating different categories!

A special mention has to go to 3-year-old Austin. Rocking a mullet and shades, he was without doubt the coolest kid at the festival! 😎 Keep an eye out for him in the future—we think he's going places.

🏅 Olympic Champion Ed Clancy OBE gave it a solid 10/10 effort. We reckon it's time to swap those Olympic gold medals for a 1999 R6! 🤣

🏁 Foggy edged out Brad Ray by just one point, proving he's still got it!

😂 Brad might not have topped the leaderboard, but the truth is he rode the simulator like he rides in BSB—elbows down and the bike still upright! Unfortunately, the sensors don't recognise style points! 🤣🏁

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and took part, and to all the amazing staff and organisers who made the weekend possible.

Special thanks to McAMS, CAMS (without doubt the best team we've ever had the pleasure of working with), Raceways for the BSB pillion bike, and the ABR Festival team for another incredible event.

Well Round 1 PDMCC brought 2x wins 🏆🏆
Loved my Kids got to see this!

Round 1 at Aintree… not so good 😅

I’d never been here before up until Saturday. We did 2x 3-lap qualifying sessions, starting right at the back of the grid, but worked our way through fast with some good battles along the way. Conditions were proper tricky — wet and greasy all day.

I picked the track up quickly, but lack of surface knowledge caught me out. (Being an old 1999 r6 we dont have traction control)
We lost traction on some tar banding joining two sections of tarmac and that was that.

There was also a bit of drama with wets between practice sessions 😅 and with no screen on the bike after the crash, doing 6th gear down the back straight in the rain was definitely interesting…

Once signed off by the doctor, the bike went back together in the paddock. Massive shout out to all our friends & customers who came over to check on us and help out.

Biggest shout out to John 'oj' Francis for getting the bike through scrutineering with duct tape and basically bending everything straight enough to get us back out 😂 and Spondon Chris for the helmet loaner (that he bough off us last season thankfully 😂).

Bike’s now back in the workshop with the lads for repairs. I was definitely more beat up than the bike, but we did enough to get the signature for the National licence ✅

Bit of recovery needed now. New helmet on the way, suit off to RST for a few repairs, and we’ll be back on the bike soon 💪🏍️

Okkk… this week has been CRAZY! 🤯🏁

Today alone we had 30 people in the shop at once 😅

We just want to say a huge apology if we didn’t manage to give you 100% of our attention — we’re working on bringing in extra staff and improving our systems. Truth is, we’ve never been this busy before, and we’re doing everything we can to get back to everyone and level up our customer service to stay ahead of the game.

We also promise to keep doing what we do best — giving you the best prices around without cutting corners 💪
