Wayne Penrose stopped by with his type4 turbo hill climb car this week.

He has shipped the car from Australia to the UK. Attended Blister Berg in Germany last weekend and is competing in Scotland this weekend.

It's always lovely to catch up with Wayne and this time Alex helped fix his bug, even digging out a spare Cam Sync to get things going.

I have been watching his stuff on YouTube since 2006. He was as lovely and enthusiastic in person as he comes across on camera.

It was such an honour for him to be interested in the Single Cab, and couldn't believe he wanted to feature us. Kyle will be missed and my thoughts go to Matt and his family 😥

I must have been really good this year to get this under the tree 🎄🎁 ❤️🏁

We have been working on this project for the last couple years, trying to create an improved version of what we were already using, hopefully this will be it 😎

We already have done some testing with our prototype, which went well, but still made a couple of extra changes for this next version which will now be built up & go into the Single Cab for 2026 🥳

I can't wait to get back out racing it again, and this should help us to push it even harder. 😎❤️🏁
