Came in today for a stage 1 tune to unleash the hidden power and gain some extra MPG, customer also requested for the eco stop start to be switch off,

Volkswagen crafter 2.0 TDI 2018

This van had been mapped by someone else! I was called to see if I could figure out what was going on, the van smoked heavily on idle with white smoke 💨
After reading live values, I could see the dpf had high soot content and the adblue was active, so I wrote a stock file back to the ecu carried out resets and then wrote my modded file to the van,
started and tested after now running clear with no smoke!!

Vw 2.0 TDI

Cam belt with water pump changed along with front crank seal as it was leaking which is becoming a common fault with these newer 2.0tdi engines, all done in a day and customer back on the road!

Ford transit

Dual mass fly wheel 🙄
Vehicle came in with a heavy clattering noise on idle and a judder/pulsing feeling through the clutch pedal when it’s pressed, this is very common when a fly wheel fails,
New dual mass fly wheel along with a clutch kit and slave cylinder, And problem is now fixed nice and smooth, All done same day!!

Porsche cayenne

Fault with front parking sensors, on this vehicle after carry out a diagnostic scan and getting codes for faulty sensors, I wanted to confirm this so after removing the front bumper and testing the wiring I found there to be rodent 🐀 damage after repairing the broken wires, carried out a final code which came back clear tested parking sensors now working all as they should.

Bmw 1 series,

I’m for water leak investigation, found to be rear door vapour barrier that had failed new barrier fitted and sealed, interior had full strip out to dry and full valet to make sure no nasty smells remain from water ingress, one nice and dry bmw returned to to customer.

Customer had nothing but issues with the adblue system, giving him engine non start warnings,
Adding our adblue software solution has cured all of the issues and now the customer can enjoy they vehicle with hassle free driving.
