The EU has developed a new test to measure fuel consumption and CO2 figures called the Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP). Official combined fuel consumption in miles per gallon for the MINI Cooper, MINI Cooper Convertible, MINI Countryman and John Cooper Works range is between 39.8-47.9 mpg and CO2 emission figures range between 133g/km and 155g/ km. Official consumption (combined) for the all-electric MINI range is between 4.0 – 4.4 miles/kWh. Values are provided for comparison only, to the extent that fuel and energy consumption or CO2 values are given as ranges and do not relate to an individual car or constitute part of the offer. For electric vehicles, only compare equivalent electric range figures with other vehicles tested to the same technical procedures. Optional features and accessories can change relevant vehicle parameters which may result in a change in fuel or energy consumption and CO2 values. Vehicle loading, topography, weather, and traffic conditions, as well as individual driving styles, can all affect the actual fuel consumption, energy consumption, electrical range, and CO2 emissions of a car. Figures for battery electric vehicles were obtained after the battery had been fully charged. Battery electric vehicles require mains electricity for charging. Figures quoted are subject to change due to ongoing approvals/changes and range figures may include options not available in the UK.
