Congratulations to summer Denning from Newton Abbot who passed her driving test first time today.
Summer gave a superb relaxed drive to gain the well deserved pass.
She can now look forward to driving to work and college and not have to wait on public transport or lifts from family members.
Summer is an aspiring pastry chef and is on a roll from winning several competitions in London.

​A massive shout-out to Will, who smashed his driving test 1st TIME today! Not only did he secure the win, but he did it with only 2 minor faults. That is some top-tier driving!
​Now that he’s got his license, Will is trading in the "L" plates for a van to help level up his business as a tree surgeon. It’s always a pleasure helping local professionals get mobile.

​The sun is out, the windows are down, and you’ve just grabbed a cheeky Friday treat... but wait before you take a bite! ✋
​Did you know that while eating or drinking water behind the wheel isn't technically "illegal" in the UK, you can still be pulled over for it? 👮‍♂️
​If a police officer thinks your snack is distracting you—even for a split second—they can hit you with a fine for "Driving Without Proper Control" or "Careless Driving." ❌ That’s an immediate £100 fine.
❌ Plus 3 points on your licence.
​And if you’re using your phone to pay at the drive-thru window? If your engine is running and the handbrake is off, you’re technically breaking the law on mobile phone use! 📱🚫

Headline: A Massive Result in Newton Abbot! 🚗💨
​Huge congratulations to Abby Ward from Totnes, who passed her driving test in Newton Abbot at 7:00 AM this morning, April 23rd! 🥳
​This was such an important win for Abby. She is heavily pregnant and only 3 weeks away from her due date, so getting that license today was absolutely vital for her and her growing family! 🤰✨
​Abby opted for our intensive driving course, completing her training in 5-hour blocks. This format was the perfect solution for her; not only did it help with managing childcare, but it made the travel from Totnes to Newton Abbot much more efficient. By doing longer sessions, we could spend more quality time in the test area rather than just commuting back and forth.
​We are so proud of you, Abby! Safe driving and all the very best for the next few weeks! 👶🍼

​That’s right—a completely clean sheet! 📝✅
​Living in Kingsbridge, Rosa knows the struggle of unreliable buses and the total lack of trains all too well. This pass is a total life-changer, bringing her the ultimate freedom to get wherever she needs to go, whenever she wants!
​The Secret to her Success? 🧠
Rosa tackled an intensive course with our instructor, Steve. They swapped the usual short lessons for 5-hour power sessions. Because Rosa didn’t know the Newton Abbot area at all, these longer stints were vital—giving her the time to really "soak in" the local routes and master every junction without feeling rushed.

🚗 Level Up: The Force is Strong with James!
A massive shout-out to James from Newton Abbot, who navigated the "trench run" of his driving test today and emerged victorious! James passed on his very first attempt with only a few minor faults.
James is a self-confessed geek and a huge Star Wars fan, but today he traded his lightsaber for a steering wheel and proved he’s got the skills to handle any galaxy (or at least the Devon roads). Whether he's heading to work or off to a premiere, he’s now officially licensed to fly solo.
James, it has been an absolute pleasure having you in the car. You’ve been a "really nice chat" and we’ve genuinely enjoyed our time together. We’re going to miss the geeky debates, but we couldn’t be happier for you!
