These tune very well. Requiring a dedicated cable to read and write to these ECU's. They don't require removal.

Its been a long time since we have posted on here. We have been quietly but busily working on our Truck and Tractor tuning and diagnostics. Keeping trucks going and tractor farming.

This was a stunning JCB Fastrac came in for tuning and diagnostics.

Stage 1 + Diagnostics

Stage 1: 210bhp Torque: 1200nm
Stock: 180bhp Torque: 960nm

As always carry out a diagnostic health check. Then carried out or extensively tested and reliable Stage 1 tune to this JCB. Huge improvement over the stock power. Longer and smoother torque curve. All perfectly tuned.

2014 DAF XF106

Performance Tune

Gains:

Stage 1: 520bhp Torque: 2645nm

Stock: 460bhp Torque: 2300nm

Yet again our reputation for truck tuning is growing at a fantastic rate. We headed over to Kent to tune this stunning DAF XF.

Diagnostics carried out and all perfect, we set about tuning the Delphi ECU fitted, pulling all the data off the ECU via the OBD plug. Then on to the laptop to make the changes, code it up and load it back on to the truck.

Road test time, after we let the truck warm up and build up air. Then we went, power is instant, smoother torque curve. Fuel savings will be reported in a couple of weeks.

We have developed a full read protocol for these stunning Biggs and Stratton 125cc engines - with EGR, DPF and Adblue/SCR removal.

With this one we also did a Popcorn Limiter set at 2800rpm. Check out the next post for the video.
