More work completed on the peugeot 504 pickup. Some questionable previous repairs cut out and replaced.
It also shows why it's hard to quote on this type of work, an innocent looking patch can be hiding so much more work required beneath.
I've had to fabricate all the panels as Other than the front wings, no others are available.

A snippet of a restoration I've almost completed. Quite a rare vehicle, I've never seen one before. Peugeot 504 pick up.
Only the front wings and upper front panel were able to be sourced, the rest I've fabricated. The rear wheel arch panel was fairly time consuming and only really one chance to fit with no warping.

I don't think I've seen a citroen bx since the 90's. I had this GTI in a little while ago, apart from a couple of small patches it hadn't needed any welding work before.
A part restoration was carried out to keep this lovely car in good condition for many more years.
Only the sill panels were available, the rest of the panels had to hand made/shaped.

Here's some of the jobs I've completed in the last few months, first up.......
Bmw e46 inner and outer arches and sills.
Lower outer sills on a lovely, clean and well kept skoda fabia vrs.
Full outer sills on a badly previously repaired vw polo.

Alongside the vehicle restoration and mechanical work, we've recently manufactured these heavy duty livestock feed troughs.
We currently have some ready for sale, these are 4 ft tall × 4ft wide and 8 ft 6 inches long. 3mm wall steel.
Other sizes and types are available, made to order.

Other than the tow eye/crossmember reinforcement panel, all others are hand made 👌
