Are you a Current Technician or Fitter?

Are you stuck in a main dealer doing the same thing everyday? Or just looking for a fresh start wanting to fall in love with work again? We want to hear from you.

As a Technician at YDS, you will carry out all kinds of Services that we offer from Tyres, Suspension, Brakes & Servicing to MOT Repair work & General Maintenance.

Our ideal candidate is someone currently in a Fast Fit or Dealership/Independent Garage environment looking for a fresh start in what is already a great knit small team.

You will be expected to have your own tools and a can-do attitude. Ideally 2-3 years experience in a similar role but we would like to hear from all ranges of candidate.

You should be comfortable working under pressure and to timescales set out (Repair Times) where realistic and have strong communication skills. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small business with huge potential that really values your skills, team focus and hard work and with all of that comes reward!

You will be expected to have your own tools and a can-do attitude. We have a great little team and have been growing vastly since the day the doors opened.
