**Job Title: Service Advisor**

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while managing service appointments and facilitating communication between customers and the service department.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar.
- Communicate effectively with customers about service options, costs, and timelines.
- Prepare and present estimates for services and repairs.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.

- Previous experience as a service advisor or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
