Working on fabricating a swage to replace the corroded gutter on the pop,l started a while back and made the rear section using a bead roller and some home made dies,the front section is a little more tricky as it has to follow the line of the door,so this time I'm using the pullmax pluse home made dies ,still away to go but heading in the right direction I think.

This is a chassis I had in,it had already been built but has can be seen by the welds not to clever,plus customer now wanted su***de perch.
After inspection decided to cut the front and rear parts of the chassis off and just leave center rail.
I also split the front and rear wish bones and fitted rose joints and split the torque tube,and modified the rear spring mount.
