⭐ Another 5-star review! ⭐

“Glamorous, compassionate and very kind.” ❤️

Well, that’s a review that’s put a smile on our faces!

We love hearing feedback like this. Great vehicles are important, but it’s the people behind the desk who can make all the difference.

A huge thank you to our lovely customer for taking the time to leave such kind words. And to our fantastic team — keep being you!

𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘 𝗜𝗧 𝗢𝗥 𝗛𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗜𝗧… 𝗚𝗢𝗢𝗦𝗘 𝗙𝗔𝗜𝗥 𝗜𝗦 𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞! 🎡

The rides will be arriving, the stalls popping up, and Tavistock is about to get a whole lot busier!

For some, it’s the highlight of the year. For others, it’s the traffic that makes you want to hide indoors until Thursday. 😂 We get it!

𝗔 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀-𝘂𝗽 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘂𝘀: Rentafford will be closed for the day on Wednesday, as the traffic and road closures make it pretty much impossible for customers to get in and out.

But don’t worry! We’ll still be answering the phones and replying to emails, so you can get in touch as normal.

We hope everyone heading to Goose Fair has a brilliant time, especially all the little ones enjoying the rides, treats and excitement. It’s great to see this tradition roll into town every year. ❤️

And while you’re wandering around, please make a point of supporting the local and regional traders dotted around the fair. From independent businesses and food producers to crafts and gifts, they’re a huge part of what makes Goose Fair special.

Have a great Goose Fair, Tavi! Just remember… you went for a look, not to come home with three bags of fudge. 😉

You know you need a bigger vehicle when you start doing the maths…

“Will it fit?”

“Probably.”

“Can we get it in if we take the legs off?”

“Definitely.”

“Do we actually need two trips?”

“…probably three.” 😂

We've all been there.

The good news? You don't have to make it fit.

At Rentafford, we’ve got a vehicle for all sorts of jobs:

🚗 Cars for holidays, weekends away and everyday trips
🚐 Vans for house moves, furniture, DIY and tip runs
🚌 Minibuses for groups, teams and days out
🌍 European hire when your plans take you a little further

From moving the contents of a house to getting the whole team to an away game, there’s usually a much easier solution than trying to squeeze it all into the family car.

Tell us what you need to move, carry or transport and we’ll help you find the right vehicle for the job.

What a summer! ☀️

Its been a hot one! And it’s been a busy few months at Rentafford, and looking back, we’ve covered quite a lot of ground!

We’ve been proud to support some fantastic local charities too, providing vehicles free of charge for the Tavistock Lions Carnival, Margaret Green Animal Rescue and Dartmoor Search & Rescue. ❤️

Then there have been a few trips further afield…

🇧🇪 Belgium with the Elephants Nest Cricket Team
🇫🇷 France with Bonjour Golf
🚌 Day trips with our friends at Tregarland

And that’s before we mention the holidays, house moves, tip runs and all the other day-to-day journeys that keep us busy.

From helping local charities to taking cricket teams across the Channel, it’s been quite a summer!

A huge thank you to everyone who has hired from us, travelled with us and supported us over the last few months. It’s certainly kept us busy and we wouldn’t have it any other way! ❤️

𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝘃𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹!

Last Sunday, our minibus had a slightly different job...

It had the honour of being the lead vehicle for the Tavistock Carnival procession!

It was fantastic to see the streets lined with families, local groups, colourful floats and plenty of smiling faces. Events like the Carnival are what make Tavistock such a brilliant place to live and work, and we're proud that Rentafford could play a small part in helping the day run smoothly.

A huge well done to everyone who organised the event, took part in the parade, and came along to support it. Community events like these don't happen without an incredible amount of hard work behind the scenes.

We're already looking forward to next year's Carnival! 🎭💙
