🔍 Spot the problem…

Customer came to me after another garage couldn’t find a fault… but it didn’t take long to see what was going on 👀

Snapped front coil spring, That’ll do it 😅

Replaced both front springs (always in pairs 👍) and fitted new top mounts while we were in there — sorted properly, not just patched up.

Back on the road, driving as it should 🚗💨

Another coolant leak sorted 💧🔧

This VW Polo was losing coolant — turned out to be a leaking coolant pipe under the intake manifold. You can see the tell-tale crystallised residue where it’s been seeping for a while 👀

Left unchecked, this can lead to overheating and bigger engine problems… so definitely one to catch early.

🚗💨 Turbo Replacement Sorted

Customer reported a loud turbo whine — a common sign the turbo is on its way out 👀

Inspected and confirmed excessive wear (Check out the video in the comments), so a new turbo was supplied and fitted 🔧 Along with fresh oil and fimter

EGR valve issue sorted 🔧

As you can see from the photos, carbon build-up was stopping the valve from closing properly ❌ which can cause:

• Rough running
• Loss of power
• Increased fuel consumption

Valve was removed, and a new genuine valve fitted ✅ after carry out adaptions and confirming operation on live data. The car is now operating smoothly again and back to how it should be.

Another one sorted 🔧💪

Customer reported a rumbling noise around 40mph, very quickly identified the wheel bearing had seen better days

The old wheel bearing was just about to let go and was replaced with a fresh unit and now running smooth and quiet again 👌

✅ New wheel bearing fitted
✅ Noise eliminated
✅ Back on the road safely
