What a performance from Freddie at the iconic Farleigh Castle Vets MX 2026, putting in an incredible display of speed, consistency and racecraft in the ultra evo open 2t class.

Proper old-school two-stroke racing at its best, with some talented names lining up. The weather threw everything at us over the weekend from dry blue groove super fast conditions to deep, muddy rutted technical conditions.

A massive thank you to Freddie and Seb for all their efforts over the past few months. Seb has put in some serious miles travelling over from Sweden, while Freddie has somehow managed to fit everything in around competing in the British MX2 Championship. The commitment from both of you has been unreal, and I genuinely appreciate the time, effort and dedication you've put into this. You've both given me the opportunity to showcase exactly what Fathead Racing is capable of, and to put my brand, bikes and preparation up against some seriously talented riders and teams.

Farleigh Castle was the perfect stage to show what we've been working towards. 🔥

Thanks again to everyone involved, it means a lot! We've turned heads, put other teams on edge and executed everything perfectly. The desire to elevate myself further and push for that top spot is greater than ever now.🏆

Some people say I was crazy to run 3 different manufacturers at Hawkstone. Some say it was a smart move.

Many know I'm a Suzuki boy at heart. Always loved them from my youth. They are not overly popular either which has always made me even more fixated on building them and to take a race win on the suzi was epic, people were jaw dropping everywhere to see something out the norm.

People who said I was crazy are correct. Managing 3x different bikes. 3x different setups, 3x different engines, 3x different suspensions, 3x the amount of spares etc

But im glad many thought I was smart, show casing what we are capable of at Fathead, we can build just about anything that can be race proven at the highest level in 2026, taking into account these bikes are all best part of 20 years old.

It was certainly a talking point for many passers by at hawkstone, which made for great interaction & conversations 👌🏼

The Irish 18-year-old showed serious pace all weekend. P2 in Race 1 set the standard before a lap-one crash in Race 2 saw Lennox fight from last back to P10. Then came the perfect finish — charging from 5th to take an incredible race victory! 🏆🔥 Grit, determination and belief from start to finish!

Our youngest and newest recruit showed exactly what he could do. Despite starts outside the top 10 in Races 1 & 3, Freddie charged forward every time. A solid P8 in difficult conditions was followed by an incredible P3 podium in Race 2, proving his speed and ability to mix it with the very best. Another hard-fought P5 finished a fantastic weekend! 👊

Our 33-year-old "veteran" and part-time racer never stopped fighting. With the tough conditions playing into his beach racing experience, Ty battled forward all weekend and showed great consistency, mixing it up with some very well-known names.
Ty's words: "Why can't it be 3 hours?" 🤣👊🔥

The bikes never missed a beat, allowing all three riders to concentrate on racing amongst the carnage. The team worked tirelessly all weekend to make sure nothing was left to chance.

Having supported the team at Foxhill in 2025, Bloods MX Breakers has stepped up its involvement for this year’s campaign as Fathead Racing returns to contest the Wright Engineering Team Race.

Returning to the team are Ty Kellett and Lennox Dickinson, following their impressive performances at Foxhill last year. For Hawkstone, they’ll be joined by Freddie Bartlett, who makes his Fathead Racing debut and completes an exciting three-rider line-up.

Team Owner Marcus Alba said:

Established in 2021 by husband-and-wife team Josh and Gina, Bloods MX Breakers started with a simple aim: to earn some extra money while raising their three young boys.

Having grown up around motocross bikes, Josh had always worked on and maintained his own machines, so putting that knowledge to use seemed like a natural business opportunity.

It started with one old Kawasaki KX85 being broken for parts in the shed at home.

Five years later, that small sideline has developed into a growing specialist motocross breakers handling several bikes every week. From 1980s two-strokes through to the latest four-strokes, Bloods MX Breakers dismantles machines of all makes, eras and engine capacities, helping keep bikes old and new out on track.
