Hi to all our regular customers and a massive thank you for your loyalty and please do not take offence as you are not the problem but it's time for a moan.
This month alone and it's only been 2 weeks we have had 9 mots not turn up, no phone call to apologise or justify the reason and when we call won't answer the phone because they know we've been stitched up.
This equates to a loss of £450 and not even going to look at the mechanical no shows as dont want to know.
We have been turning away potential new customers or old customers because from a diary point of view we are full.
If this keeps happening then we will have to start taking payment in full for the mot when you book in.
Again no offence against our regulars but as your all aware we are a small family run business and this cant keep happening as simply means our prices will have to go up to compensate for the minority.
