It’s been a while since I’ve posted. Both rear trailing arm bushes had failed on the MOT on this 2016 Ford Fiesta. Replaced with a brand new pair and it’s now legally and safely back on the road!

If you own a car or van that has a wet timing belt system then you’ll need to check this one out! This 2017 Peugeot 208 PureTech was caught literally just in time before it snapped!!

✅ New timing belt kit.
✅ New genuine Peugeot exhaust camshaft sprocket.
✅ New intake and exhaust valve solenoids.
✅ Removed and cleaned engine oil strainer and sump.
✅ New rocker cover, inlet manifold, crankshaft seals.
✅ New engine oil and filter.

This customers Ford Transit Connect engine wouldn’t start. Found the exhaust camshaft not rotating when attempting to start. Diagnosed and confirmed the camshaft chain had snapped!! Luckily the valves had closed when this happened and didn’t make contact. Supplied and fitted new genuine Ford camshafts, rockers, tappets and timing belt kit. One very happy and lucky customer!😎👌🏻

Been a while since my last post as business has been very busy. This one from a while ago engine overheating on a Vauxhall Corsa. New cylinder head gasket fitted along with a new timing chain kit and head skimmed. Another satisfied customer 👨🏼‍🔧🔧👊🏻
