After a completely non-fault accident just a week after arriving in Wales (hit by a Mercedes SUV, €8,000 damage, witnesses and a police report), I honestly thought I was in for months of stress. Especially after another garage in Swansea basically told me they “didn’t want to deal with it” and asked me to pick my damaged car back up. I was stunned.

From the moment I walked in, Tom went above and beyond in a way I have never experienced before. He spent around four hours on the phone with me, patiently handling an accident management company, explaining everything, fighting my corner, and making sure the case was properly taken over. No rushing, no brushing me off — just genuine care and professionalism.
They organised a rental car through Enterprise, repaired my Skoda Fabia (including ordering parts from Germany, which understandably took a few weeks), and kept me informed throughout the whole process. The final cost to me? £1 for the rental. That’s it.
