Scuffed Up Car Body & Paint Repairs is looking for a highly organised and professional Receptionist to join our team.

📍 Full-Time Position
⏰ Hours Negotiable
💷 Salary Negotiable Depending on Experience

This is a busy, fast-paced role where organisation and communication are key.

Your role will include:
🚗 Booking vehicles into our systems
🤝 Supporting customers throughout their repair journey, from booking in to vehicle collection
📞 Answering calls and welcoming customers
📧 Managing emails and customer enquiries
🏢 Liaising with insurance companies and customers
🚙 Managing courtesy cars
📝 Keeping our team updated and supporting the office with day-to-day administration

We're looking for someone who is:
✔️ Extremely organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
✔️ Friendly, professional and customer-focused
✔️ Confident using computers and learning new systems
✔️ Able to remain calm and organised in a busy environment
✔️ Previous reception, administration or customer service experience is preferred
✔️ Previous experience in the automotive industry would be an advantage but is not essential
