A friendly heads up ⚠️

Booking your car into Rtec means you'll be charged for diagnostics. We know some folks might not realize this, especially if you've got a warranty or bought the car from a third party. If it's something obvious like a flat tyre, no problem! But if we need to troubleshoot, that takes time - time we could spend on other jobs or chasing up warranty claims. We're not trying to nickel and dime you, but we do need to cover our costs. We're a business that invests in the best equipment and training, and that's what sets us apart. Again we are off for the whole holiday period, the main reason for this is to give our amazing staff time with their loved ones,
