2 new additions to the customer waiting area

Even though our coffee was good we’ve upgraded the machine that uses fresh milk, we are going to need a cow on tap as you lot are drinking us dry 🤣

And the best part is the lollipop stand 😍

Also in the background we are building a new customer only bathroom just off the reception area

As you can see we reinvest a lot of money into this company to make your experience here better

We are getting loads of calls asking for a rough price

I’m going to be emailing some people this from now on 🤣

Facts - Rtec is the biggest user of most if not all German car brands for parts, we have been told some Specialists don’t even is genuine Vw Audi and other branded parts but quote them all the time 😳

So when you compare us to them please bare this in mind the parts we use we stand by them again and again like our technical ability

Hope everyone is having a lovely week 🙏🏼

Audi RS6 C8 2021

Customer complaint = Engine Coolant Leak

This vehicle has an extended warranty that should cover the leak when found, the issue is how the coolant has leaked also what has caused the problem

Most Garages Inc the dealership won’t entertain working on cars with extended warranty’s due to the long process of a claim, and the complicated system they have in place

We have so much more experience in dealing with warranty and that makes us the No1 garage for Vw Audi Mercedes Porsche and BMW

This vehicle now will have a full inspection to find the issue and while we are there we will advise any further issues to claim so the customer can avoid a possible expense bill

Warranty Wise
RAC Warranty
AA Warranty
Spectrum
A1 Warranty
Auto-guard

And many more

This is a bit of a strange 1 Star Review

For a bit of context the gentleman driving this vehicle is actually registered disabled but he goes to the gym most days 💪🏼

Yes he forgot to take his badge from his vehicle being in with us

I’m more disappointed the car is dirty 🤣

But hey people have their opinions and like this chap too much time on their hands
