Here we have a two axle Irizar i6 converted to 71 seats, the i6 two axle was always a difficult conversion due to gross vehicle weights, however working closely with the customer & Scania UK, we have updated the chassis plate at the same time as the conversion which gives the customer a far better carrying capacity.
We tilted the vehicle on site and certified with DVSA the same day.

A 75 seat Neoplan Tourliner conversion was collected this week.
We raised the centre gangway to create a flat floor and the operator opted to keep the toilet, a choice a lot of operators are favouring lately.
This vehicle was first built in 2017, meaning it is Euro 6, which offers the operator complete utility with high capacity and toilet.

Here is a converted Scania Caetano Levante III, whilst not everybody’s cup of tea, there’s no arguing that the Levante is brilliant for space in a vehicle with high capacity seating.

This vehicle has 79 seats and a toilet, customer also requested for the seat to be fitted with USB’s, kids can’t not be connected these days….

A Neoplan Tourliner conversion, customer wanted the full floor lino changing which looks incredible.
Together with the panelled seats in different colours really sets the vehicle off.
The Tourliners offers plenty of room which is needed on high capacity vehicles, this vehicles was 13.5 metres but the customer wanted to keep it at 70 seats with a toilet so it had extra leg room.

This is a recently converted 71 seat conversion on a Mercedes Tourismo for Newport Transport.
The Tourismo was a vehicle we initially stayed away from due to head height restrictions and feasible gangway widths, however with the popularity of the vehicle in the second hand market, we had to look at it.
We now move the gangway leaving it sunken and complying with R107 head height requirements and we still achieve a gangway width of 390mm, meaning there is sufficient space to walk up and down the vehicle.
