Rear suspension is a critical part of the performance of your motorcycle.
Getting the damping right will increase grip, confidence and safety.

Here we have a ZX9 shock which will be going into an SV650 track bike. We first tested the Original damper and the ZX9 damper for a baseline.
From this information we were able to set the shim stack, oil viscocity and flow gaps of the ZX9 shock to behave in a similar manor, with adjustment via the clickers for either slower or faster damping on both compression and reboun, not a feature available on the standard unit.

Now ready to be fitted to the bike along with an in house designed linkage and tested.
