***Receptionist required***

We are currently looking to fill our vacant reception position.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer facing clerical experience in the motor industry, and an understanding of the BS10125 standard would be preferable.

The job will involve general administration and housekeeping tasks, answering customer queries via telephone, liaising with customers to book in vehicles for estimate or repair and updating them on the progress of their vehicle repair.

The role will also involve ensuring that health and safety tasks are completed and logged - such as fire alarm testing, PPE and COVID compliance.

The role is currently for full time hours (5 days per week).

Salary to be negotiated dependent upon experience.

A full, clean UK drivers licence is essential.
