✨ Congratulations to Benjamin Ofori Atta for his 'Commence Operator of the Month' award, nominated by Paul Trotter (Head of Aftersales at Sytner BMW Chigwell). ✨

Paul said, "With the holidays upon us, Ben has really gone the extra mile to help keep everything running smoothly.

From cleaning vehicles and sweeping the car park, to stepping in as a driver when needed, Ben has been getting stuck into whatever needs doing. On top of all that, he has continued to make sure our service vehicles are kept spotless and presented to the highest standard.

It’s the sort of work that can easily go unnoticed, but it makes a real difference to the team, our customers and the overall appearance of the business.

Nick provided us with some glowing feedback for Ion, saying "Ivan is an absolute credit to the team and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure our cars are presented to an exceptionally high standard. His attention to detail is second to none, and he takes real pride in his work. Whether it's a new car, used car or a vehicle that needs a little extra attention, Ivan always makes sure it leaves looking its absolute best. He doesn't just do the job—he genuinely cares about the quality of what he produces.

What also stands out is his attitude. He's reliable, hardworking and always willing to help, even when we're under pressure and have a lot of cars that need turning around. I know that when I give Ivan a car, I can trust him to do a great job without having to constantly check behind him.
