📍 Gloucestershire Call-Out Completed

Today we were out in Gloucestershire working on a 2010 BMW X5 3.0D that had been suffering from multiple EGR-related faults and poor performance.

After carrying out full diagnostics, we identified the issues and completed the required software work. While on site, we also noticed signs that the DPF was becoming heavily loaded, so we carried out a forced DPF regeneration to help restore efficiency and prevent further problems.

The result? A smoother-running vehicle, improved drivability, and one very satisfied customer.

Today we had a 2019 Peugeot 3008 1.5 Blue-HDi in the with ongoing AdBlue system faults and EGR-related issues, which had previously put the vehicle into limp mode.

The vehicle had recently been back to the main dealer for a manufacturer recall, during which the ECU software was updated and a previous calibration was overwritten. Following diagnostics, the customer requested software modifications for off-road/export use to address the recurring fault concerns.
