Another happy customer back on the road 💨

Customer travelled all the way from London today with his 2020 Ford Galaxy 2.0 TDCi running the SID212 ECU after struggling to find anyone local willing to sort the issue properly.

Vehicle arrived stuck in limp mode due to DPF problems. We carried out our proven DPF solution, AdBlue solution, and a custom eco remap — restoring full performance and drivability instantly ✅

Customer has now driven back to London with no limp mode issues and will be getting the DPF physically removed by his garage down there.

2016 Ford Transit Custom 2.2 TDCi in today for a full Stage 1 remap along with DPF & EGR solutions ✅

Customer had already had the DPF removed elsewhere but the software side had not been done correctly causing ongoing issues and poor running. We carried out the correct DPF & EGR solutions and got everything running properly as it should 👌

We then finished this one off with our custom Stage 1 remap giving the van a much better power delivery, smoother drive and improved pulling power for everyday work use 🚚💨

Over in Hull today on a mobile job for this 2020 Citroen Berlingo 1.5 HDi 🚐

Customer had recently had the timing chain recall carried out and straight after the AdBlue warning light started flashing up causing nothing but stress and hassle 😩

After speaking with Citroen themselves, she was advised to get the AdBlue system re-deleted due to the ongoing issues. After numerous recommendations on the Berlingo owners forum, she got in contact with us to finally get it sorted properly ✅

2020 Peugeot 5008 1.5 BlueHDi in today with AdBlue issues 🚗💨

Customer was having nothing but problems with the AdBlue system and the warranty company just wasn’t playing ball getting it sorted. The car was down to the last 300 miles before the no start countdown kicked in, and with needing the vehicle daily for work and school runs they couldn’t afford any more downtime.

We got this one sorted within the hour with our AdBlue solution ✅

No more countdown, no warning messages and the customer can now carry on using the car stress free 👌

Best part is our solution can be reverted back if the warranty company finally decide to step up and repair it properly.

We inspected the car and found it dont have a DPF only the early 2007 automatic models have them this car was manual
We applied a EGR Solution & Stage 1 Remap
We diagnosed the intermittent limp mode issue as a faulty fuel pressure relief valve the customer has now purchased one and will be fixed tomorrow
