The benefit of using UV dye in AC systems. Customer complained he was having to have his car re-gassed every year. Nitrogen pressure test didn't drop from 170 PSI over 30 minutes. But the dye shows his condenser is leaking very slightly.

We have finally bitten the bullet and ordered an Air Conditioning machine to do the newer refrigerant R1234yf. This year we've had a lot of enquiries, and we've been doing diagnostics and leak testing on the newer gas systems for months. So as of tomorrow we can regas Air Conditioning on all cars. ❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️

Had a Ford Fiesta in the other day, not charging the battery. Alternator had been changed but still not charging. Traced the fault to a bad connection at the engine ECU. When the plug at the ECU was moved slightly the signal returned and it started charging.... as you can see in the video. Our job is mostly looking for needles in a big pile of needles. 🤣🤣

People of Sunderland can you please keep your eyes peeled for the van in the picture! Last night the van was taken from outside my house in Roker! Between the hours of 10 and 9am this morning. It’s highly recognisable as it does have the sign writing all over it. In the back there was multiple KB weights and mats. If anyone located in the Roker or surrounding areas see it or offered a batch of KBs also give us a shout!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

We've had a busy summer this year fixing convertible roof faults alongside the usual auto electrics. So far we've repaired a Vauxhall Tigra, 2 Alfa Spiders and a 4 Series BMW which needed a new pump/motor. Needless to say we've had some very happy customers!

Another convertible roof fixed. The roof motor had been exposed to water and was beyond repair. Reconditioned motor fitted, and the the customer is ready for summer at a fraction of the cost of the main dealer.
