Beautiful fully restored t4 campervan came into us to get some more power out of it to help with driving up hill and pulling away. Due to its age it was unable to have the usual remap done. We supplied and fitted a boost gauge, adjusted the turbo actuator to increase the boost from 7/8psi upto a steady 10psi as well as adjusted the fuel pump to suit.

Seat Leon cupra 290 in for upgraded performance Sachs clutch kit due to the original disintegrating as shown, surprisingly it still drove with zero slipping. It's always wise to upgrade parts like these when running performance cars due to the increased torque demand they require and can stop failure like this occurring.

Ford Transit Custom Ecoblue in for wet belt package using genuine ford parts.

Transit Customs that were fitted with 2.0L EcoBlue engines (2016 onwards) may be affected by premature wear (delamination) of the timing belt. If the engine oil in the vehicle has been subject to high levels of oil dilution and degradation it may have reduced the service life of the timing belt. A vehicle with a timing belt that has a reduced service life could suffer a timing belt failure before the recommended service interval (6 years or 100k miles)

If your vehicle has no history of servicing we would recommend sooner.
