🧰🔩⚙️🛠️🔧⛏️Today’s task have been going through the boxes of parts sorting out the AEC Mercury brake adjusters and brake cams , degease , sand and v***r blasted , blacks etch primed / painted casings , reassembled regreased ready to fit . 🚛💨💨

Some before and after pics of the work goes into the restoration process of a Oem old new stock (Shop soiled/ damaged AEC Mercury Ergomatic cab Bonnet /Grille panel ) Panel beaten flat the dented areas, straightened where twisted and fitted strengthening frame bars not previously fitted , prepped and ready to be primed .🧰🔩⚙️🔨🔧🪛🛠️🚛💨💨 please like and Follow for more of the progress and updates on this build project.

Headlight panel now been prepped final primer applied flattened and glossed , also headlight buckets , stripped, sand blasted, repaired and painted 🧰🛠️🔨🔧🪛🔩⚙️✨👌🏻🚛💨💨💨

Lorry sheet / name board roof top now gloss painted another stage closer 🧰🛠️🔩⚙️🚛💨💨

Front and rear road springs 2x Broken spring leafs replaced , degreased and sand blasted all the individual leafs , spring bushes replaced, and fox clip bolts and tubing replaced… primed and painted , graphite greased and put back together ready to fit with brand new u bolts and axle bolts 🧰🔩🔦⚙️🛠️🚛💨💨
