Another step closer, Seat / floor pan , is the last remaining parts of the metal/tin work of the whole truck finally prepared free from rust along with the underseal removal prior to being sandblasted and primed, just got to do some minor rust hole repair to the floor area and outer edge of the floor pan 🧰🔩⚙️⚒️🛠️🔧🔨🚛💨💨💨

Here we have a quite few pictures of the hidden work goes into the trucks original headlight panel step by step process , after straightening out certain areas in a 30 tonne press as badly out of shape , panel beaten the dents and getting it back to some form of original shape , removing the headlight mounts by drilling out all the spot welds cutting out all the rust of mounts and of the outer facia panel and inner frame, reforming new metal with only a disc grinder , a couple of hammers and a vice to shape and reform the new pieces and re welded in , lightly skim areas smooth , and primed ready to test fit to chassis and once happy prep and paint 🧰🛠️🔧🔨🔩⚙️✨🚛💨💨
