So today I have not been teaching, but instead being a Student myself and on a CPD day, in a room of other driving instructors across the county.
Continuing Professional Development.
It is the structured, ongoing process of learning, tracking, and documenting the skills and knowledge you gain throughout your career, ensuring that your professional abilities remain sharp and up-to-date long after your initial qualifications are completed.
Why is CPD important? Maintaining high standards in my teaching and coaching keeping my skills and to industry standards to ensure I can offer all my students quality coaching and training to meet your needs and expectations.
