Starting to see a lot of these Mercedes oil cooler seal jobs. It seems to be the one common and expensive fault on these V6 engines.

Always worth asking if it has been replaced before purchasing one 👍

This is the worst one we have seen yet. The Cambelt has been replaced on time but without the waterpump.

The pump bearing collapsed and seized up stripping every tooth off the Cambelt. This smashed all the inlet rocker arms and bent 12 valves in the head.

After a full top-end rebuild it is all back up and running. This should have been an easily avoided expensive fault.
