I can understand where Robert Jenrick is coming from, I was in Birmingham briefly 30 yrs ago, I went into a pub to get directions, and before I even spoke was politely asked if " I meant to come in here? " couldn't get out quick enough.

Chris Philip, the shadow Home Secretary, has promised to end the practice of Police going to the door of someone reported, mischievously by online haters, and wasting police time. As a victim of this practice, I hope it is extended to Scotland.

It would seem that one hater still is seething from losing the referendum fight. So much so the menacing stares and abusive shouts while passing, no guts to stop and reveal what their problem is. Voicing their hate of me onto his passengers. Then banning his wife from talking to me. It really is pathetic. But hey ho, they're only tearing themselves apart. It doesn't bother me terribly but, should be nipped before any real trouble starts. Luckily most folk know and see through it.

Well it didn't take the haters long to get the hounds on to me. A couple o weeks into my new job and the Police , their blue lights flashing, hunt me down with their pen ready to charge me. Guided once again by false information. So more Police time wasted . When will the Police start thinking what is going on , and ask these people , what is their problem ? , Will they just not be happy until i'm dead ???

When Republicans and Loyalists , Catholic and Protestant, North and South , are reading from the same book, verging on mass civil disruption , is it not a blatant warning to all governments, the invasion MUST be controlled to realistic levels . This is nothing to do with right wing racism. This is ordinary citizens fearing for their lives, their children, their country . Ireland especially after decades, has only just started to learn how to live with a divided community .This invasion brings housing, health and education problem. More different cultures , religious demands and language complications. lreland, and the uK , are not prepared for the changes this will bring . Time the the people were listened to , before all patience runs out.

Just been looking over the little band of haters . Most of their comments are hidden from me , shows how guttless they are . Most disappointing is one who reported me falsely to Police. Yet years ago when he drove for me, no insurane or tax was involved . short memories eh ?? But now it's bad enough having Police follow, and hound me, and my associate's partner , to have my wife followed and harassed is a bit too far . Police harassment as a result of malicious lies by a jealous few .

lt's a funny old world indeed. When l was 15, l left school to work in Ballyclare. l thumbed a lift the 14 miles from home, everyday . wind, snow or rain. l was glad of those lifts. Now over 50 yrs later , as a retired Taxi driver , when l offer a lift to friends or family , jealous, spiteful charactors, see fit to report me to Council, and bemused Police.
