This Ford Explorer has now found its new owner and was looking seriously smart ready for handover.

The final touch was a Diamondbrite paint protection treatment, leaving the paintwork looking fantastic and ready for plenty of happy miles ahead.

According to analysis by ALA Insurance, the average price of a new car has risen by almost 90% since 2016, while many other motoring costs have also increased significantly.

During the same period, average wages have risen by around 35%.

It’s certainly food for thought.
