Bit if a blast from the past for me working on one of these little beauts. I know they're not exactly old but it has been a while! Little bit of re-commision work and service to get her back up and running again with a clean bill of health on the mot. Im not normally a fan of singles but i had forgotten how great these little bikes are, would make a great 2nd bike or a daily commuter 👍

Something a little different, for me anyway! Really threw me a curve ball this one! Even though I wasn't convinced, ended up being a sprag clutch fault which apparently is a common fault on them. Beautiful bike, glad to get the chance to fix it for the customer and keep her running for the summer!

This is possibly my favourite customers bike (sorry Jon Farrington its now between your bonny and this!), a 900 thunderbird sport!! Bit of a long termer that I finished the run up to Xmas. Western style bars including longer clutch and brake lines, fork gaitors, tyres, carb rebuild including re-jetting to suit the k&n pod filters and custom exhaust. Bike hadn't been run for a long time so required a thorough going over and mot. Once I got the jetting sorted, it run and drove beautifully. One of the very rare times I was quite jealous to hand it back to the customer!!

Never been a more apt sign!! Will be on display in the workshop for all boys big and small to see 🤣
