Our CNC router has been flat out today producing ply lining kits and heavy duty racking systems for upcoming jobs and customer collections.

Its certainly been a busy start to October!

Heres another little job for one of our trade customers.

On the roof it had 3 roof bars, a double SafeStow and a pipe tube all from Rhino Products Limited.

For added security its had top quality hook locks curtesy of Locks 4 Vans Ltd.

Internally it had some of our nearside and offside, 3 tier heavy duty plywood racking and a DEB hand care station.

Another Nissan Elgrand E51 pop top nearing completion.

This one also had a 120w solar panel kit fitted to help keep their leisure battery topped up.

Another job completed for one of our trade customers😊

This one is a Ford Transit LWB and has had their “utility” spec package. bars

The package consists of the following-

✅ 2x LAP Electrical Ltd mini LED light bars

✅ A Tow-Trust Towbars Ltd tow bar, 7 pin dedicated electrics coded to the van and a ball & pin hitch.

✅ 3 meter long, 3 tier plywood racking. As with most of our racking systems it’s designed, CNC cut and built in-house.

All completed in a day ready for them to deliver to their customer.

A nice little job to end the week. This one is a brand new Citroen Dispatch which shares the same platform as the Peugeot Expert, Vauxhall Vivaro, Toyota Proace and Fiat Scudo.

Externally we have installed a low profile wind-driven roof vent to provide ventilation to the load area and a reverse bleeper to warn others the vehicle is reversing.

Internally we have fitted a ply lining kit cut in-house on our CNC router. The floor of the lining kit was covered with fine ribbed rubber to help keep things in place when the vans moving. Loadlok strips were added to the side panels. To finish off a first aid kit and fire extinguisher were mounted to the bulkhead.

Here’s 2 brand new Ford Transit Customs which we have fitted some security and storage upgrades to.

Storage wise we fitted a simple but heavy duty 3 tier racking system, designed and cut in-house on our CNC. This rack runs the full length of the driver’s side of the van and is also accessible through the drivers side sliding door.

For added security we added Locks 4 Vans Ltd high level hook locks to both sliding and rear doors as well as anti-drill external latch shields.

Here’s another recent conversion we have completed in between the massive amount of fleet work we are currently doing.

For the pop top roof we chose a one piece black roof with black scenic canvas. We added gas assisted roof bed to increase the sleeping capacity.

For the flooring we opted for Altro Walkway “Black” vinyl which works well with the factory fitted interior.

Our new “L” shape furniture pod was used for this conversion. This one was grey gloss with black sparkle worktop and removable table. Black trim, tambour doors, EVO catches, table rail and table leg were used to complement the grey gloss. The pod has plenty of storage option including in an integrated table holder. Designed in-house, CNC machined with light weight plywood and flush fitting doors as standard.

Within the furniture pod we have installed a compressor fridge, double burner hob, sink, gas locker, fresh and waste water bottles.

The rock n roll bed is a Streamline Auto-Beds easy lift bed finished in black vinyl. The bed has quick release opening and closing along with a gas strut to make it one of the most user friendly beds on the market.

The electrics package included a 110ah leisure battery, split charge system with isolator switch, 4x bespoke LED light, reading lights with integrated usb charger, a double USB socket, 12v sockets, 100w semi flexible solar panel with Victron Smart Bluetooth controller, a mains hook up, consumer unit, Victron Smart Bluetooth battery charger and a 2 gang socket.

To open up the space and seating options inside the Elgrand we have installed a Sugoi Campers passenger seat swivel.

A heavy-duty starter battery and high lift boot struts were also fitted. Simple but effective upgrades to help with the day to day use of an Elgrand.

All set for making many happy memories!

Time is whizzing on by at the moment. Here’s a recent conversion we did on a Nissan Elgrand E51.

This time around it was a break from the norm as its had a rear conversion with pop top roof and roof bed.

The rear kitchen pod was in-house, designed and CNC cut from “Driftwood” and “Black Gloss” lightweight Morland furniture plywood. Keeping the colour theme going we’ve used a black edge trim, table rail, leg and Boo 12v fridge.

Built into the kitchen pod we have a Dometic twin hob and sink, gas bottle holder, fresh and waste water containers.

For the electrics we added a leisure battery, split charge system, 6 LED lights, USB sockets, 12v sockets 240v hook up and Victron smart battery charger. split charge system, 240v hook up and battery charger.

Travis Sewing worked their magic getting the upholstery made and delivered to us ahead of schedule.

All set for some summer adventures!
