Probably the most commonly tuned engine on our dyno, the solid VAG 2.0 CR TDI. This Scirocco was in for some repair work, then dropped off the ramp and onto the dyno for mapping. Very healthy engine making some impressive figures of 192hp / 300+lbft torque after tuning 🔥🏁 All carried out with genuine master programming tools

Murray Macdonald 's stunning F87 M2 competition on the dyno for some tuning work. Running some nice upgrades including AA equal length mid exhaust section along with some nice styling upgrades; CS wheels (gold!) CS bonnet and some nice carbon parts.

Car was run on the dyno following ECU unlock and OPF software solution making close to stock figures on the 95RON island fuel. These cars are very quick in stock trim, but due to being detuned from the factory we decided to improve the "flat" top end which lifts power from mid-top end based on the S55 M3 competition calibration for an additional +50hp at upper RPM which results in a peak of 450hp / 400lbft.

In addition, we reduced the factory overrun pops in sport mode so Murray looks like less of the boy racer than he already is 😁

All software calibrations carried out in house with genuine master tools

Ali MacLeod's very nicely prepared Ford Cortina project in for setup and dyno tuning, running an F20C AP1 Honda Supercharged setup on ME360 standalone ECU and AIM PDM/digital dash. After several teething problems we finally got things right and made 308hp / 240lbft at 0.8bar boost with plenty headroom for more. Nice useable power for a classic ford build 🏁🔥

🔥🏁 More Ford Zetec 2.0 16V tuning on bike carbs and fast road cams, this time Jamie's 1982 Fiesta. Came in running poorly with an ignition fault which was soon resolved. After baseline run on the dyno, we found jetting to be miles out and power way down at 144hp. Carbs were re-jetted, balanced and setup before final tuning on Nodiz pro standalone ECU, reaching an impressive final result of 176.8hp / 178.9lbft torque 🔥🏁

🔥🏁 Jordans cracking Ford Orion 2.0 16V silvertop Zetec back in for final tuning. Carbs were setup, balanced and rejet for optimal AFR, before mapping on Nodiz standalone ecu, producing a healthy final result of 156hp / 156lbft torque 👌🏼🔥🏁

🔥🏁 Marks very clean E46 M3 in for dyno test and tuning, he has been running one of our 'off the shelf' dyno calibrated maps for last couple of years which we distribute worldwide. Typically these cars run around 315-320hp standard on this dyno, car came in running a healthy 336HP, but we were able to find another 10hp through fine tuning on the dyno making a solid 346HP on a completely stock engine setup 🔥🏁

💥🏁 Sometimes you just got to have some fun with lower power engines, macdonald's Berlingo 75hp 1.6HDI in for some adjustments, now making a solid 124HP / 210lbft with hardcut limiter 🤣 All mapped from scratch, no generic flash maps 🤠 We'll call that 'stage 2' for those who like marketing hype 🔥🏁

🔥🏁 We were lucky enough to be selected for testing of the latest Alientech Kess3 master ecu programming tool which we've been testing for the past few months prior to its recent release 🔥🏁 New tool is working well with all obd, bench ECU programming and tuning/remapping work 😎

🔥🏁 Another E46 M3 in for tuning upgrades and mapping work on the dyno, this time Scott's super clean estoril blue coupé. Intake setup was upgraded with velocity stack setup, then mapped on the dyno with alpha-n based map resulting in a solid 361hp as well as adding a cracking sound from the S54 straight 6 🏁🔥
