Experience has shown us that most of our customers initially came to AC Autos for one of two reasons. They were either recommended to AC autos by an existing customer or were attracted by local advertising. However, following this initial visit the feedback from customers is overwhelming. The main reasons why so many customers return time and time again is that they really appreciate the honesty and transparency they find at AC Autos. The success that AC Autos has achieved since 1982 has been greatly helped by the quality of our staff. The knowledge and openness of our service staff is second to none as can be seen from the many unsolicited praise we receive from customers. Our workshop technicians, although rarely coming into contact with customers, are fundamental to our success. Their dedication to resolving complex mechanical and electronic problems are excellent together with their contribution to ensuring the well being of the customers' vehicle whilst on our premises. In any business, there are always those personnel who are not directly involved with customers but without whose support we would struggle. It is a team effort and we appreciate the contribution made by each member of our staff. OUR GARAGE
Our dedicated service facility for all makes of vehicles in the Staffordshire area covers an area of 5,000 sq ft. Having started business in 1982 with just 1 service lift, we now benefit from 5 service bays, most fitted with their own vehicle lift and supported by the very latest diagnostic equipment. Being a Ministry of Transport approved testing station, we also have a dedicated bay where we are able to test all petrol and diesel passenger cars and vans upto 3000kg.
