Jaguar Ipace came to us with a lack of warm air from the interior heaters 🥶🥶
Using the correct diagnostic procedures and equipment we diagnosed this as a faulty high voltage coolant heater.
We then used manufacturers technical information and genuine parts to carry out a correct first time fix

Tesla model 3 in with us for lack of heating in the passenger compartment.
This particular model uses a PTC heater which had failed.
We removed and replaced with a genuine part and carried out a firmware update using the genuine Tesla diagnostic tool.
Customer now has heating again and can safely use the car.
