🔴Here we go again🔴

‼️Mercedes E Class with a completely blocked DPF‼️

♦️0-400% it was blocked 400%♦️

⚠️Before cleaning it Pressure sensor was checked and compared with manometer values, back pressure sensor as well and of course we found the issue.

✅DPF cleaned, values didn’t even needed a reset as immediately the engine had a clear path and possibility to start its own regen while driving.

✅Fill level of DPF went from 400% to 8% and soot and ash level to 0💪

Oh. And one more thing…

‼️🔴Air filter NEVER got replaced, stamp date : 03/12/2013😲‼️🔴

♦️DPF completely blocked♦️

⚠️After 3 garages did a “professional cleaning” and fixing the issues by deleting the error. This Peugeot Boxer got it’s power back and pressure back to normal⚠️

✅No more EML on and Limp mode.
✅DPF pressure back to normal state
✅Soot accumulation back to normal values
✅Engine started to do it’s own regeneration when needed.

‼️Sorting a blocked DPF doesn’t mean that you just clean and that’s it. Problem sorted‼️

⚠️That DPF got blocked because something went wrong and couldn’t do its own regeneration.
Reading the Live Data you can see and understand what went wrong⚠️

✅Van is back on the road and customer finally can use this Luton van with its full power.

Cranking and slipping on 4th gear and a little bit on 6th gear

⚠️4th and 6th synchro broken, clutch kit replaced as well⚠️

✅Car back on the road, drives like new. ✅
