750MC Club Enduro/Roadsports Round 2 – Silverstone GP 🏁

Silverstone GP hosted Round 2 of our Club Enduro and Roadsports season. It’s always a pleasure heading to the home of British motorsport with the paddock, especially when it’s 25°C+ all weekend! ☀️☀️

Another fantastic weekend for the team, with strong results, new drivers joining us, and returning drivers back for their first event of the season.

Friday testing focused on development, with track temperatures hitting 52°C. The team worked through chassis setup and tyre management, making excellent progress ahead of Roadsports and Club Enduro.

With 60 cars on track, Roadsports once again delivered the biggest grid in UK motorsport. Chris Bialan narrowly missed a Class A podium by less than a second.

Roadsports Results

P4 – Chris Bialan – Leon Cupra TCR
P6 – Will Puttergill / Chris Nylan – RS3 TCR
P7 – Wayne Lawson – RS3 TCR

Class C
🥉 Andrew Cooper – Ginetta G40

Club Enduro weekend began with success penalties from Croft, but qualifying pace was strong across the board.

Unfortunately, the Cupra retired with a misfire and faulty fuel tank breather after securing pole position, ending what looked set to be a strong result.

The rest of the team delivered a fantastic race with faultless pit stops, a podium in every class, and a new Class A lap record. 👏

Civic Cup Thruxton

Last weekend’s Civic Cup at Thruxton Circuit had it all: intense racing, changing conditions, crash damage, and plenty of challenges. Through every setback, the team showed determination and resilience.

Dave Walsh showed impressive pace during testing at Thruxton, but luck was not on his side. A tyre failure during the test day resulted in full front end damage, forcing the team into a rebuild before heading into qualifying with a freshly repaired car. Unfortunately, an outer CV joint failure in qualifying left Dave starting the weekend from P27. Despite the setbacks, he fought his way through the field in Race 1 to finish P17. Race 2 ended prematurely following contact that ruled him out of Race 3 due to significant damage.

Don De-Graaff demonstrated strong qualifying pace, but track limit penalties dropped him down to P18 on the grid. He made steady progress in Race 1 to finish P16. Race 2 ended early resulted due to contact and Race 3 he secured another P16 finish.

Matt Wilkins endured a difficult qualifying session after losing power steering as soon as he exited the pit lane. Despite the issue, he still managed a P16 starting position. Matt delivered an outstanding performance across the races charging to P7 in Race 1 and taking a superb victory in Race 2. Carrying 40kg of success ballast into Race 3, he battled hard once again and finished in P12.

Joe Dalgarno qualified P22 and maintained position in Race 1. He produced a strong drive in Race 2 to finish P13, before tackling his first-ever wet race in Civic Cup during Race 3. It was a valuable learning experience, and Joe brought the car home in P25.

Despite the mixed fortunes across the weekend, there were plenty of positives to take away. Most importantly, Matt Wilkins continues to lead the championship now extending his advantage to an impressive 39-point lead.

Next stop: Pembrey Circuit.

🚨2026 750MC season opener at Croft🚨

This year we are looking to secure the Club Enduro Class A honors to add to our Class C, Class B and Overall Championship wins over the last couple of years.

The first round of 2026 had our full Class A lineup of 3 x Gen 1 TCR alongside the Class C Ginetta G40.

Unfortunately engine failure on Friday for the Ginetta meant a trip back to the workshop to collect a Civic. We then converted from Type R trophy to Club Enduro spec overnight and through some unbelievable racing, Andrew and Ethian won Class C on Sunday. Huge effort from everyone involved and a testament to the team and drivers to be able to swap cars last minute and still execute a perfect race!

An alternator failure meant a DNF for the Wayne Lawson Audi. Real shame after driving a fantastic first stint, lapping consistently 2 seconds faster than last year.

The sister Audi of Will Puttergill and Chris Nylan finished P3 on their Class A debut which is a fantastic result whit perfect stints driven by both, showing they both well and truly belong in Class A as reigning Class B champions.

In their first race with us but familiar to Club Enduro Chris Bialan and Simon Mason finished P2 in the Cupra TCR. Great effort again by the team to get the car back together after a crash in the Roadsports race on Saturday and again with perfect stunts drive by both guys even managing a throttle issue to a large portion of the race.

3 trophies in the first weekend is solid, we still have work to do but have high hopes for the next event at Silverstone GP in a few weeks. As always, you can live stream re watch the races on YouTube!

Congratulations to the Darkside guys on the race win, we’re coming for you!

Opening rounds of the Civic Cup done. Great to be back with our four car lineup: Walsh, Wilkins, De Graaff and Dalgarno.

Quali was tough. Joe had a gearbox failure and started P30. David had a shifter issue and qualified P14. Don was P12 despite strong pace, and Matt put in a solid lap for P4.

Race 1 was clean. Matt P4, Don charging through to P6, David P10 which gave him reverse grid pole for Race 2, and Joe P22.

Race 2 saw David take the lead early, but a safety car followed Don’s retirement at Paddock Hill. David finished P2, Matt P5 and Joe P23.

Race 3 saw Matt fighting at the front for P3 and Don consistent again in P7. David and Joe both retired after separate incidents.

We leave Round 1 leading the championship with Matt Wilkins.

Next stop Thruxton 🚀
