Today job was a mini cooper in for an autonator failure also a very well needed service as the oil filter was in a really bad way we also noticed while changing the spark plugs there was oil accumulating in cylinder 3 that possibly caused an earlier misfire on that cylinder so we advised the customer that they would need to have the rocker cover gasket replaced to prevent this happening and he agreed to also have that replaced so all done now and in tip top shape we would also like to thank gavin moores for recommending us it really means alot to us as unfortunately we don't have the support of passing trade so if your having car problems or know some body that is give us a quick call we will be more than happy to help.
If it's just a winter inspection you need mot work / welding /clutches/timing chain or belts. we do it here at

Freelander 2 in for a cam belt replacement on further inspection oil was seeping though the cam carrier covering the cam belt in oil so luckily this one didn't slip off causing engine failure

Didn't get many photos of this job but this was a mini cooper with sticking brake calipers common problem with these cars so it had 2 new calipers and we was able to unseize the other 2 also had a full service and exhaust fitted

Customer come in with his car keep going into restricted power (limp mode) after diagnosis we found out it was the egr causing the problem so we removed the part and give it a good clean check the before photos car running brilliant now even sound alot better

we haven't posted in a long time due to the massive work load so here is what we have been up to 2 full engine rebuilds one on a transit custom on inspection finding metal fragments in the oil pan/sump also a kia serento come to us with a really bad engine knock on inspection the oil had turned into a tar like state see the pictures but both are now running beautifully and back with there owner's
