🚙 Range Rover Evoque – Subframe Replacement

This Range Rover Evoque came into us requiring a new subframe after we found the existing subframe had suffered from severe corrosion.
Unfortunately, the corrosion had progressed to the point where it was corroded through and no longer repairable, meaning replacement was the only safe option.
🔧 New subframe fitted
✅ Full checks carried out
✅ Vehicle inspected to ensure everything was secure and safe

🚗 Mercedes A-Class – Vibration While Driving
This Mercedes A-Class came into us with a vibration being felt while driving.
We carried out a road test to confirm the fault before putting the vehicle on the ramp for a full inspection.
😳 We were very surprised by what we found!
The OSF tyre had suffered serious inner sidewall delamination from the carcass, allowing air to enter the tyre cavity and creating multiple egg-shaped bulges.
On further inspection, we also found faults with the remaining tyres, so the customer was advised to replace all four.
✅ 4 new tyres fitted
✅ Tyre pressures set to manufacturer specification
✅ Wheels correctly torqued
✅ Final road test carried out
✅ Vibration completely resolved

Honda CR-V in for a clutch replacement 🔧

Our team removed the gearbox and replaced the worn clutch with a new replacement kit. Everything was then reassembled and checked before carrying out final tests to make sure the vehicle was driving exactly as it should.
Another job completed and back on the road! 🚗💨

Range Rover Sport MHEV in with the battery warning light on and a charging fault… ⚠️🔋

We carried out a full diagnostic and found that neither the 12V battery nor the 48V battery was receiving a charge.
🔍 We tested the DC/DC converter and 48V battery, with both tests coming back OK.
After further fault finding, we traced the issue to the starter generator.

⚡ The 48V system was safely de-energised before we replaced the faulty starter generator with a genuine replacement.
The 48V system was then re-energised, and final checks were carried out to confirm that both batteries were now charging correctly.
Another specialist job completed and back on the road! 👨‍🔧🚙

VW Touareg in for a hesitation concern...

After carrying out a road test, the hesitation was confirmed along with an unusual noise.
We carried out further fault finding and found that the injector seals on bank 2 had completely blown, causing damage to the rocker cover.
A new genuine rocker cover was fitted along with new injector seals. Once repaired, a final road test was carried out to confirm everything is now running as it should.
Another job diagnosed, repaired and back on the road! 🔧🚙
