What a day

Went in early to get this bmw 520d engine swap carried out with a customer supplied engine, that’s had full genuine bmw timing chain kit all associated gaskets with seals, injectors ultra sonically cleaned with new seals, virtually everything needed to be swapped over, rounded off sump nut, turbo charge smashed fins, Egr blank they used red bull can ???snapped pins in Egr, hole in cam cover, oil dip stick tube snapped, over tightened and snapped bolts everywhere due to engine supplier smashing, snapping and wrecking everything whilst stripping it out of donor car to find the the engine is scrap due to bearing material, yesterday removing engine to full Sunday stripping 2 engines to find its scrap

Mercedes A 35 Amg completed new cylinder head job, running sweet with fresh oil, filter, spark plugs with coil packs, run up to temp just about go on round test and bang its spun a rod bearing on the cylinder that had burnt valve and seat and seized engine, so total strip down
