🚨 We’re Hiring: Full-Time Call Handler – Join the Johnson’s Recovery Team! 🚨
Are you calm under pressure, great with people and highly organised? Johnson’s Recovery is looking for a dedicated Call Handler to join our busy Vehicle Recovery Team full-time.
As the first point of contact for drivers in need, you’ll play a vital role in providing reassurance during stressful situations while keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Answering inbound calls from customers requiring recovery assistance
• Providing calm and compassionate support during high-stress situations
• Coordinating and dispatching recovery vehicles quickly and efficiently
• Recording job details accurately and maintaining up-to-date records
• Identifying and generating new leads, contributing to the growth of the business
• Liaising with drivers, clients and our team to ensure seamless service
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent communication and people skills
• The ability to stay composed and professional under pressure
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• A team player with a proactive mindset
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not essential — full training will be provided
📍 Location:
Based at Eaglescliffe.
Stockton -on-tees
🕒 Hours:
Full-time position with shift patterns including some evenings and weekends
