There’s been a lot of talk and papers reporting about the new rules for the mot especially the dangerous marker and not been able to drive the vehicle away from the mot station we have always had the dangerous marker it now just highlights it more a mot station had no rights to keep your vehicle but if we think it is dangerous to drive will advise you not to drive it I hope this clears it up
