Requested to undertake a survey in Edinburgh after National companies had given quotes for work in excess of £19,583 .. Pro Solution surveyed, advised client to undertake simple building solution themselves ... Total cost .. £238 The problems quoted for by others .. did not exist !! ... Client delighted. tenant & family back in the house .. Problem solved

Water pe*******on stemming from an external defect and affecting the internal timbers of the sash window in a Hotel in Argyle ... The owner had paid £ 6000 to have the roofing materials replaced after being advised that this was the problem .. still cant let the room out !
