Two more retro hot hatches through our workshop and now complete.

Pearl Grey 5 door and Black Metallic 3dr MK2 GTIs, both in decent condition to start with but in need of some wear and tear and age related marks taken care of. To be expected with cars which are 35 years old now.

With blends we ended up painting around 90% of the grey 16V and around 60% of the black 8V model.

Two very nice examples now!

We’re not sure why this word was scratched into the door of this Volvo… but since the owner’s name isn’t Clint we repaired and painted the door to remove it 😅

Whilst the car was in we also repaired some damage to both front and rear bumpers, whilst the wheels were also fully refurbed as well.

Japanese import Mercedes 190E in for front wing repair, very low mileage car in lovely condition complete with original Japanese dealer sticker still in the rear window.

E39 5 series in for some tidying up of the sills, another one in great condition for its age!

Convertible Bentley completed recently.

This one came in for some tidying up to the driver’s side, fixing dents and minor corrosion as well as a small scuff on the passenger side front corner.

A couple of vehicles we had in recently, both using our no cost, non fault accident managed service.

Using this service means the vehicle owners did not have to deal with insurance call centres, had a like for like hire car for the entirety of the repair, and allowed them to choose a local bodyshop who cares about the end result as opposed to a large “approved repairer” chain who prioritise quantity of vehicles through the door over quality of repair and customer satisfaction.

Brooklyn grey BMW 3 series had the front bumper repaired and painted, along with a new headlight fitted.

MK7 Golf R had the rear bumper repaired and painted, whilst it was with us we also took care of the common rear quarter rust caused by bumper rub.

Another few jobs through the workshop.

A4 avant in for the front bumper to be freshened up, as well as headlights sanded back and clear coated.

Yaris having the rear bumper corner repaired and painted, plus new arch moulding supplied and fitted

Corsa with us to have failed paint on the rear spoiler stripped and redone

Another one that’s thin on the ground now, we had this Jaguar XJ Sovereign LWB in the workshop for some passenger side damage.

Deep dents/scrapes from almost one end of the car to the other plus difficulty getting new parts meant we had to repair and paint all existing panels down the passenger side.

Another modern classic restored and back to being enjoyed on the road.
