Christmas has come early! 🎅

New limestone gabion wall installed for a customer in Thaxted. Will be brilliant to see the end result with a new stable block, horse ménage and shed to be complete in the next few weeks!

Absolutely brilliant effort from the boys working right up to Christmas to complete it.

We managed to completely clear the 1 Acre lake down to a fresh layer of clay and reshape it with precision to create many of different depths and a varied selection of ledges to attract natural greenery and wildlife to create a comfortable habitat🌱. OSG AGRI are seeking to find a full time or self employed Excavator Operator/ Experienced ground worker to join our small friendly team. Based on the Suffolk-Essex Border.

Due to our ever growing work load and contracts going forward we are looking for a self motivated and experienced member of staff to join our small team.

Jobs include:

- Ditching
- Track Renovation
- New Track Installation
- Site Clearance
- Tree Shearing
- Drainage
- Civils
- General Groundwork’s

The candidate must be experienced with operating plant at a high standard as well as looking after the kit as your own! A sound knowledge of groundwork’s is essential as a lot of times you will be on jobs by yourself. When running along side the Agri sector, it may mean that you will be expected at times to work longer hours than basic site hours.

Furthermore the candidate must have the following:

- Clean Full UK driving licence
- Over 3 years experience
- Willing to work longer hours when required
- Willing to travel
- CSCS/Npors Cards are preferably but not essential as we can arrange
- CIS registered
- Class 2 preferable but not essential
- Be organised on paperwork
- Polite and customer facing
- Most in importantly (HAVE PRIDE IN YOUR WORK!)

- Good rate of pay (Hourly rate)
- Company vehicle
- Fuel Card
