This one-off custom structural component for a something-or-other pushed beyond the limits on one of our little Hurco VM20i machines. -8mm clearance in Y & Z travel getting all the perimeter and end hole features meant some head scratching, but we got it done.

Last job of 2025 rolling off one of our Hurco VM20i machines. A short run of custom pedals for an insanely fast single seater with a power weight ratio of 1500hp/ton.
This was a fiddly part with undercut pockets which made it a 3 op part using the a-axis rotary / trunnion.
Machined from 2014A.

Here a rather nice one-off flywheel machined from 34CrNiMo6 that we just completed. These are a very cool looking part due to the pocketing on the crank face and with the outer sections at only 2mm wall thickness to reduce mass.
We expected some distortion after milling the pockets and made a dummy crank boss to mount it on to skim the clutch face as a final operation, giving our customer a perfect finished part with zero runout 😎

More #962 water pump impellers coming off one of our machines.
The original parts are known to crack so we machine from 1.4057 / X17CrNi16-2 stainless steel and heat treat for an ideal combination of strength, toughness and corrosion / SCC resistance. Now ready for the keyway to be cut by EDM ✨

New design 0A3 transmission mounting brackets are finally here for the Audi B2/B3/B4 platform - we just finished machining them - the first batch is now away for anodising and will be ready to ship in a few days.

Bolt on fitment.
CNC machined in-house from HE30 aluminum
Vapour honed
TypeII anodised to MIL-PRF-8625.
60% mass reduction from our old TIG welded steel brackets.

C4 version coming soon.
