Ltd handles all major tyre applications and vehicle maintenance work via its network of 52 depots throughout the Midlands and North West. To this day it remains a family concern offering the same high levels of personal service. From our depots we can supply tyres to all applications be it car, van, commercial or plant. We operate a fleet of over eighty fully equipped breakdown vans which offer mobile fleet support, 24 hour breakdown assistance and commercial wheel alignment facilities

Starting 1 April 2025, the UK will introduce changes to the road tax (VED) for electric, zero, and low-emission cars. Here’s what you need to know:

Key Changes for Electric Cars:
🔌 New Cars (From 1 April 2025): Electric cars will pay a £10 road tax for the first year, and then the standard rate of £195 from the second year onwards.
🔌 Existing Cars (Registered 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2025): You will move to the standard rate of £195 from April 2025.
🔌 Older EVs (Registered 1 March 2001 to 31 March 2017): These will move to the first payable band at £20.

Expensive EVs:
🔌 If your electric car is worth over £40,000, you’ll pay the standard rate plus an additional expensive car supplement for the first five years after the second tax payment.
